CASA ENCANTADA

Casa Encantada is a residential landmark located in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas. Conceived as a timeless home, the project reflects a strong architectural presence rooted in classical principles, natural materials, and a deep respect for its surroundings.

Inspired by Mediterranean and Tuscan architecture, the design emphasizes warmth, permanence, and craftsmanship. Stone, wood, and iron are used throughout the project to create spaces that feel both elegant and deeply personal.

Expansive terraces, carefully framed ocean views, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions define the living experience. Every space was thoughtfully designed to foster comfort, intimacy, and a lasting emotional connection, transforming the house into a true home rather than a temporary residence.

Casa Encantada represents Manríquez Arte y Diseño’s philosophy of creating enduring architecture homes with soul, designed to be lived in, shared, and remembered.
