Villa María is a timeless residential estate designed as a warm, elegant retreat that blends classic Mediterranean and Tuscan architectural language with the natural beauty of Los Cabos.

Conceived as a home rather than a showcase, the project emphasizes comfort, craftsmanship, and a strong emotional connection to its surroundings. Arched corridors, stone columns, handcrafted details, and rich natural materials create an atmosphere of permanence and authenticity, inspired by traditional haciendas and old world residences.

The architecture opens generously toward the ocean, allowing terraces, shaded outdoor living areas, and courtyards to become natural extensions of the interior spaces. Light, texture, and proportion work together to create a serene living experience rooted in warmth, tradition, and refined luxury.

The design of Villa María draws inspiration from classic Mexican haciendas, Mediterranean villas, and Italian country homes. The project celebrates artisanal construction, natural stone, wood, wrought iron, and carefully crafted architectural details, resulting in a residence that feels timeless, welcoming, and deeply connected to place.
